Took my motorhome to Hayes for water heater warranty repair after being jerked around by my authorized dealer. The repair turned out not to be warranty but instead mfg defect. The service dept fixed the problem and documented everything, including pictures, so I could submit it to the mfg for reimbursement. I have made previous purchases at Hays with no issues. Very satisfied with the outcome and will return if any future issues arise.

Took my travel trailer in for wheel bearing/axle issues. Despite being swamped, they made an appointment, diagnosed problem, had parts ordered & RV back to me the same day! As a full-time RV'er who needed to get on with our trip, their timely service was much appreciated. Also, Mike took time to explain our hitch set-up so we could avoid problems in the future. We had several problems with our 5th wheel: black water valve not working, check valve on water pump not working. Additionally, they discovered that we had a leak at our water filter and had to change the canister as well at the filter (which was filthy). They did it in an expedient manner and we were back on the road. Also, the salesman David was very helpful.

Just wanted to express our sincere gratitude and satisfaction with a recent visit for service work at Hayes RV.

We had a 12 volt electrical problem with our 2014 Grand Design Reflection. I had worked with the mfg. for several days over the phone trying to figure out the issue but could not find the problem. Grand Design asked that I take the trailer to a dealer to have serviced. I told them I was not happy about having to take back to the dealer that I had purchased it from as they had kept our RV for almost 3 months the last time we had to take it in.

Grand Design called me back and recommended that I take it to Hayes RV in Longview as the dealership had high satisfaction ratings. Since we are staying in Palestine Texas and it was closer anyway I agreed to take there.

I called the service department at Hayes RV and from the first hello on the phone Charles was a pleasure to deal with. He listened to what the issue was and told me that you guys worked by appointments which made me happy since I knew someone would be working on the unit and it not just sitting around waiting to be serviced. We setup an appointment to bring the unit in and while there we decided to have the front A/C unit installed in the bedroom. Charles was very knowledgeable of the unit we wanted installed and got all the information together to make the order so the unit would be in stock when we dropped off the RV for service.

Upon arrival at the dealership everyone was very friendly and accommodating. Charles introduced me to the technician, Michael, that would be working on our RV. Michael listened to all the solutions I had tried to find the problem and not once did he treat me like an "yeah right" attitude.

We dropped our RV off on the 20th of July and expected not to have it for at least a couple of weeks. I get a call from Charles on the 23rd telling me that our RV was ready for pickup. This is finding the problem, installing the A/C, inspection, and a couple of other warranty issues.

I go to pickup the RV on the 24th. Again everyone is very friendly and accommodating. Charles explained all the details of what they did to the RV and had Michael talk to me and explain where he had found the wiring problem.

Again we Thank You for a job well done and should we ever need service work performed we will bring our RV to you guys.
